The Personal Shopper Package

This is a complete service for those who want to invest in a foreign country but cannot be there themselves. We will come up with our plan, once we know the details we travel to the country you are interested in and search out the perfect location for you based on our plan.

 

We will narrow down the locations to your liking and once we have chosen one we will start to look for your next(or first) investment property. We will spend up to 6 weeks in the destination viewing properties and vetting new listings that may not yet be on the market to help you find the perfect property.

 

We will run all showings via zoom, prepare and sign all paperwork, and make sure the property is legally for sale and there are no contingencies on the property before the sale. We will get the property ready and can redecorate as needed with your instructions. We will set up management and prepare your new property on marketing sites such as Airbnb. You will get a personalized website with the features of your property that we will push traffic to. All this is done while you sit back at home - (you can be involved as you want).
